I was suppose to have fun with colleagues in Red Box KTV last night. Unfortunately, this plan has been cancelled due my inexperience or bad (exactly) in organizing event.
I was suppose to leave office at 7.10pm as the KTV reservation was actually made at 7.30pm. But I didn't because I'm waiting for somebody else to go off together. Again, mis-communication occurs and when my colleagues arrived there it was already 7.40pm and surprisingly the Red Box staff told them that the room that we reserved has already gave to other group of people. Fainted, and our group turned to be under waiting list. Sigh, It is just 10 minutes lated.
From this experience, I was actually found out something regarding myself that I'm not good in organizing and I'm don't have the ability to be a "Leader" indeed. I'm not having a negative thoughts, this is the fact that I always mess up plans and ended with disappointment to others.
Life long learning, people always grows up with learning and challenges. Don't scare to be a "Leader", be a good "Follower".
